Typical Situations and Resolutions

 

  • Situation: You are not impacting at strategic level
    Intervention: Create a stakeholder map, and coach people to develop powerful stakeholder relationships

  • Situation: Dealing with non-performance or dead wood in the team.
    Intervention/Outcome: Support in personnel issues and having “difficult conversations” to help the person change or move on.
