Dr Cathie Woodward
Dr Cathie Woodward is the co-founder of Arturo Consulting. She has worked at senior management and board level to transform leadership and talent for high-profile clients including Prudential, Lloyds Banking Group, the Bank of England, BP, the FCA, and Clifford Chance. She also has a highly successful executive coaching practice helping senior people further enhance their profile and deal with politics, both organisational and national.
Her focus is on helping senior clients develop their existing talent to support them in becoming better leaders. She has helped hundreds of talented people raise their profiles and find success whilst taking on promotions and new roles.
She has led seminars for a variety of institutions including the CIPD, The Institute of Leadership and Management, Copenhagen Business University, Cranfield School of Management, Warwick University and the Botswana Government. She has published in several journals, and written chapters for two books. She has contributed to Etcetera, focusing on personal and professional transformation.
Cathie speaks regularly on a variety of topics such as limiting beliefs, executive presence and leadership. She blogs frequently on LinkedIn and the Arturo Consulting website.
A Philosophy graduate, Cathie started her career working with disturbed children, doing a part-time degree in Behaviour Analysis and Change, and a Masters in Psychology. She then worked as an academic focusing on Consulting and Professional Development, and after setting up her business did her doctorate, in Complexity Science and Organisational Development with a focus on developing leadership identity.
