Free Consultation

Our free consultation will allow both you and us to really understand what you're looking to achieve and by when. This important step will allow us to create an action plan.

Development Plan

Together we will development a plan based on our consultation and your goals. We will produce the plan and finalise the objectives with you. However throughout our engagement we will continue to develop and evolve outcomes as needed.

Coaching

Together we will agree a coach, and the coaching will begin based on your development plan. Coaching can be conducted in a number of ways and during your available time.

Review

To ensure you're happy with the coaching and development, there will be review points to ensure that you're on the path to success and are happy with your progress.

The Development Cycle

To ensure we get the maximum success out of our plan, we adopt an agile approach. Organisational needs and structures change and so will your plan as we help and identify new opportunities with you.

We are willing to negotiate different pricing structures to support development

The price for coaching will depend on the service and timeframe. Following your free consultation, you’ll be presented with a proposal which will include time and rates.

For reference, our consultants charge a fixed fee of £300 per session. We also charge day rates if preferred. Discounts are provided for large projects or regular coaching.

We’re happy to provide in-person or online coaching. At present, we’re only offering online sessions due to COVID-19

No, our coaching session is absolutely confidential. Do not be concerned that anybody in your business or outside will know unless you want them to.
